Copy-paste prompts for Claude

These are cleaned-up versions of the actual requests from my build. Paste them into Claude with your own details and templates attached.

1 · Kick off the build

  • "Here are my host agency's brand guide, their terms & conditions, and the two template files from the starter kit. Customize the templates for my business: I'm [name], an independent advisor with [host agency], specializing in [destination]. Use the official brand colors and follow every rule in the brand guide — especially logo requirements. My email is [email]. Leave clearly-marked placeholders for anything I haven't given you yet."

2 · Make it look designed, not generated

  • "Replace any emojis with clean custom line icons in my brand colors."
  • "I don't like the title font — show me a lineup of 8 options rendered on light and dark backgrounds so I can pick."

3 · Photos

  • "Here are [N] photos (some are iPhone HEIC). Optimize them for the website and social media, place them where they add credibility, and show me a labeled review sheet of every crop so I can request adjustments."
  • "In photo #[X], my face is cut off / I want to be more centered — fix the crop."

4 · Forms that never lose a lead

  • "Wire every form on my site for Netlify Forms so submissions are stored in my dashboard and emailed to me, with spam protection. Where exactly will submissions land? I don't want them going to nowheresville."
  • "Create post-booking client forms for my workflow: [e.g., a Lightning Lane planner, dining preferences, and a resort questionnaire]. Keep them unlisted — I'll send clients the links."

5 · The legal layer

  • "Recreate my host agency's terms & conditions as two pages on my site: a read-only version for footer links, and a version with an acceptance form so I have a timestamped record of who agreed."

6 · Business documents

  • "Create branded Word templates I can reuse: a client quote (with an Option A/B/C pricing table) and a day-by-day itinerary. Match my website's branding."

7 · After every launch

  • "[Screenshot attached] — this looks wrong on my phone. Fix it." (A screenshot plus one sentence is a complete bug report.)

The one rule that makes all of these work

You are the expert on your own business. When Claude gets a detail wrong — how your payments flow, what your agency allows — correct it in one plain sentence. It will rebuild around the truth. Mine misread my agency's fine print exactly once; one sentence fixed it.
